About the Journal

Solid State Science and Technology is a peer reviewed journal published by the Malaysian Solid State Science and Technology Society (MASS). This journal was first published in 1993. Solid State Science and Technology is published twice a year in June and December. It provides a forum of communication for solid state scientists, material scientists, technologists and engineers and promotes the advancement and dissemination of knowledge related to the science and technology of solid state.
