Solid State Science and Technology is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Malaysian Solid State Science and Technology Society (MASS). It was first established in 1993 and is published on a biannual basis. Starting in 2026, the journal will release two issues each year, scheduled for publication in March and September. Solid State Science and Technology provides a forum of communication for solid state scientists, material scientists, technologists and engineers and promotes the advancement and dissemination of knowledge related to the science and technology of solid state.
